1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (including third-party login via Google OAuth). We do not store your password if you use third-party authentication.
Payment Information: When you make purchases, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers (e.g., Creem, Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing history from these providers.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with the Service, including: video generation requests (prompts, parameters, model selections), credit consumption and transaction history, session data and access timestamps.
Technical Data: We automatically collect certain technical information, including: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referral URLs and page views. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Generated Content: We temporarily process the prompts and images you submit to generate videos. Generated video files are stored on our cloud storage infrastructure until you delete them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To create and manage your account, process video generation requests, manage credits and billing, and provide customer support.
Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, improve AI model selection and performance, and develop new features.
Communication: To send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts), service notifications (maintenance, policy updates), and marketing communications (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Security and Compliance: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:
AI Model Providers: Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as those behind Veo, Sora, Wan, and Kling models) to process video generation requests. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not send your personal account information to these providers.
Payment Processors: Payment data is shared with our payment providers (Creem, Stripe) to process transactions. These processors are PCI-DSS compliant.
Cloud Infrastructure: Generated videos and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (or equivalent cloud storage). These providers act as data processors on our behalf.
Analytics: We use analytics services (such as PostHog) to understand usage patterns. These services collect anonymized or pseudonymized data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Data Retention
Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Generated Videos: Stored until you delete them from your account or until your account is deleted. We do not use your generated videos for training AI models or any other purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
Transaction Records: Billing and credit transaction history is retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
Technical Logs: Server logs and technical data are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies:
Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function properly, including session management and authentication. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies or participate in ad tracking networks.
